The project aims to list the municipality’s leased and unleased assets and conduct the necessary studies to identify the assets of the Dammam Metropolitan Municipalities and the associated municipalities of Category A and B. The project works include documenting the municipality’s assets through the central electronic system and unified forms (digitally and on paper) for each asset and its geographical data, clarifying its location, full features, available public services, and stating whether it is leased or unleased and its use.
This includes the implementation of the following tasks:
Task 1:
- Office inventory of investment sites and panels for the municipalities of the capital and the associated municipalities (category A, B).
Task 2:
- Conduct a field inventory and update the database of municipal assets, which leads to the production of a geographic database of investment sites.
