It aims to enumerate and survey government lands based on approved regulatory plans for all lands and properties belonging to the municipality or allocated to government agencies located within the scope of the Secretariat’s services in the Dammam metropolis, and to document them in the land enumeration system and determine their location on the base map in the geographic information system available at the Secretariat.

This includes performing the following tasks:

Task 1:

    • Inventory, documentation and archiving work for land and property documents and data.

Task 2:

    • Preparing a comprehensive plan to develop existing systems, integrate them, identify shortcomings and solve them.

Task 3:

    • Analysis of land data and its technical processing to ensure its high reflection on the map.
    • The foundation is based on high-quality approved plans and the accuracy and unification of its data. High-quality approved paper plans.
