Project Overview:

The project revolves around achieving the Saudi Vision 2030 through a well-structured program that includes short-term, financially-driven goals, supporting improved government sector efficiency and financial sustainability. The program also includes initiatives to improve debt management and promote a culture of reducing uncollected receivables, with a focus on implementing best practices and transferring knowledge to achieve continuous improvement.

The project includes the following main elements:

Task 1:

    • Assessing the current situation
      Assessing the current situation in the entity, identifying gaps, studying and extracting existing dues and debts.

Task 2:

    • Limiting and analyzing dues
      Limiting the financial dues of the municipalities linked to the Secretariat. And analyzing the financial dues of the municipalities linked to the Secretariat.

Task 3:

    • Revenue classification
      Classifying the collected and uncollected revenues for the final account of various revenue items.

Task 4:

    • Reviewing dues
      Reviewing value-added tax dues in the municipalities linked to the Secretariat.

Task 5:

    • Identifying gaps
      Identifying gaps in the procedures taken for revenues, if any, according to the applicable regulations and instructions.

      Applying the best administrative and supervisory practices to improve financial performance and enhance transparency and efficiency in collecting and managing revenues.
