Project Objective:
The project includes preparing an analytical database for lands and properties, archiving their documents, and entering them into the Secretariat’s systems.
The project will encompass the following key tasks:
Task 1:
- Inventory, documentation and study of municipal and government lands and properties Services and facilities.
Task 2:
- Inventory, documentation and study of residential lands granted royal grants to citizens.
Task 3:
- Entering information into the database and land registry of the Secretariat in government and private plans.
Task 4:
- Implementing feasibility studies and preparing tender brochures for investment sites.
Task 5:
- Work and submit periodic reports on the completion of the work plan report and implementation methodology and a report on studying and analyzing the current situation and a report on inventorying owned and granted lands and a report on documenting municipal and government lands.
