Project Overview

The project aims to study and raise the efficiency of project implementation procedures in the municipalities of the region and the appropriate solutions for their remote follow-up, and raise the level of their performance. This includes providing consulting services and all the things necessary to implement and complete the initial work in the contract documents, as well as temporary, additional and complementary services and modifications that the employer requests from the consultant to carry out in accordance with the terms of the contract.

This includes the implementation of the following tasks:

Task 1:

    • Study of the current situation
      This includes conducting a detailed analytical study of the current situation and studying any development work required by the agency, as well as furnishing the project headquarters, in addition to the operational needs of the project team of equipment, printers, scanners, and the method of connecting to the Internet.

Task 2:

    • Compliance Study and Gap Analysis
      Commitment to studying and analyzing all current procedures followed administratively within the Technical Affairs Department and identifying the gap between the currently followed procedures and the procedures approved within the international ISO standards, and then approving the new procedures in accordance with the international ISO standards.

Task 3:

    • Study of qualifying departments for ISO procedures
      Commitment to coordination with the project supervision team by submitting a comprehensive study of the proposed plans to qualify departments affiliated with the General Administration of Technical Affairs to adhere to the new procedures approved within the global ISO standards.

Task 4:

    • ISO Standards Application

      ISO standards application aims to qualify the work team to create the required documents according to the specifications, prepare quality documents, distribute procedures to the concerned departments and follow up on their implementation, qualify teams for internal auditing and conduct two internal audits to evaluate performance and take the necessary corrective actions.
