Project Overview:

The project aims to raise the efficiency of projects and enhance the services provided by the Maid Agency in the Eastern Region Secretariat, through following up on all procedures for all agency projects, studying the proposed projects in a way that supports achieving spending efficiency and sustainability, and providing support in conducting feasibility studies for capital projects in the Services Agency.

The project includes the following main elements:

Task 1:

• • Project Implementation Follow-up
    Follow-up on all procedures for all projects of the domestic workers agency with the possibility of activating field supervision electronically in addition to the work of developing systems and linking them with the relevant authorities, with the provision of the necessary technical staff and technical programs.

Task 2:

• • Raising the efficiency of projects
    Achieving the targets of spending efficiency on projects to ensure the highest standards in subsequent implementation without exceeding any of the axes of the approved studies, with the submission of a report specifying all the standards and mechanisms in achieving spending efficiency on projects, and relying on the standards and targets of the Spending Efficiency Authority and Government Projects.

Task 3:

• • Support and Operational Works
    Supporting the various departments of the agency in engineering designs, providing users with mechanisms to access the platform and providing the necessary support to operate it, making the required improvements and ensuring the best experience for beneficiaries, and submitting reports on the material benefits and recommendations for effective operation.
