Project Overview:

The project aims to develop the current revenues of the Eastern Province Municipality and develop mechanisms for identifying and following up on revenue sources during the project period, as well as preparing studies to identify current liabilities and organize control over them and the entitlements that arise during the project period.

The project includes the following main elements:

Task 1:

• • Current status assessment:
    Evaluation of gaps, extraction of receivables, review of revenues and expenses, and analysis of control procedures.

Task 2:

• • Governance system development:
    Governance of revenues, debt management, revenue monitoring, and inventory of receivables.

Task 3:

• • Follow-up and coordination:
    Follow-up of regulatory updates, electronic revenue management, coordination of procedures, addressing investor problems, ensuring the implementation of regulations, and following up on legal procedures.

Task 4:

• • Updates and entries in systems:
    Data and revenue updates, financial report management, coordination of procedures, automation of control procedures, reports, and performance indicators.
