The project includes the following main elements:

• • Developing the performance efficiency of the municipal investment development process in order to increase the municipality’s ability to achieve its goals quickly and effectively by developing an electronic system to manage and conduct all investment transactions and contracts electronically.

• • Developing means of marketing investment sites to clients from inside and outside the Kingdom to achieve the maximum possible revenues.

• • Conducting studies related to investment development in light of the Kingdom’s strategic plan 2030.

• • Establishing a municipal investment management center to carry out all work related to providing services to investors.

• • Unifying and facilitating procedures and facilitating citizens and investors to benefit from investment opportunities.

• • Encouraging the private sector and urging it to participate in national development.

• • Following up on revenue collection, monitoring the level of collection, and addressing obstacles that affect revenue collection.
